Green Apples: are to represent the woods and timbers They are part of a group of five different foods that Taoist offer their gods to represent the many elements.

Red apples are the second food in five foods offered to represent different things on this earth. The read apple represents fire. This would have been chosen because of it's reddish appearance.

Orange is offering from the earth. This is what the orange is conceived to be. Once again the orange is part of the five offerings.

Peaunut is is meant to be metals and minerals this group covers, gold copper, steel, dirt and many other elements.

Chestnut represents water. The purist thing on earth. It is found at the end of the picture up the top.

Mooncakes: Mooncakes are an offering at different festivals.They are prepared by temple staff and can be found in the centre of the five different elements

Tea:  like for human is for the gods consumption and is just for the purpose of feeding the gods the tea is changed daily.

Wishing Sticks: Wishing sticks are used to asked gods question the are in a barrel and are shaked the first one to pop out has a message on which gives you your answer.

Incense Sticks: Incense is a offering to the gods. It is customary for three per god.

Taoist Money: Taoist money is bought by believers and is burnt on anveserys of different gods.

Jos Paper: Is bought on anniversary's and are used for different festivals.
